October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! In 2024 more than 360,000 people will be diagnosed with breast cancer. FuGENE will continue to advocate for the importance of screening and early detection. When breast cancer is diagnosed in early localized stages the 5-year relative survival rate is 99%. Wear pink all month to support breast cancer patients and survivors.
