Sandéns Security Printing AB is one of Scandinavia’s largest producers of lottery tickets, scratch cards, bingo cards, and promotional materials. Sandéns was using a legacy imprinting system to print variable data on lottery tickets. They needed a new imprinting solution that could print with high uptime and minimum operator intervention. Sandéns purchased a FUJIFILM 20-inch (508 mm) 42K Printbar System. A key reason was the 42K’s ability to cover the entire print width without having to manually reposition individual printbars. Sandéns has now been working with the 42K for a while, is pleased with its total cost of ownership, and likes not having to worry about printbar refurbishment anymore. Special thanks to our friends at VISUTECH, who were a key partner in bringing this improvement to Sandéns. #digitalinkjet #print #norefurbishment #success

Our mission is to enhance our customer’s industrial processes through the use of inkjet technology.
About us
We provide equipment and fluids using inkjet technology for printing and for precise fluid application in a wide variety of industrial applications. We support industries such as commercial printing, direct mail, transactional printing, package printing, food production, consumer goods manufacturing, decor applications, and functional printing. Unlike a printing press manufacturer, we focus on integrating inkjet into your existing equipment or providing a customized system. Our FUJIFILM Unigraphica AG arm in Liechtenstein supports Europe and specializes in security printing and custom print systems with integrated transport and finishing systems in roll-to-roll, roll-to-sheet, and sheet-to-sheet configurations. Our standard imprinting systems built in USA are available through Fujifilm Graphic Systems channels globally.

Industrial printing occurs in dynamic environments bristling with change. Paper can weave from roller to roller. Web speed and tension fluctuate. To combat these issues, Fujifilm’s team of inkjet integration experts uses advanced computer modeling tools to evaluate, predict, and compensate for variations, thereby ensuring high print quality despite imperfect conditions. We aim to help each customer achieve the best possible results. Contact us today to integrate success into your business!

Streaking, banding, artifacts, and striations happen when jetting is uneven, which can result from a vast array of conditions encountered in real-world production environments. A speck of dust can be found almost anywhere, and on an inkjet nozzle, can cause a print defect. Fujifilm has advanced image processing to help compensate for these conditions. It is not only available on its inkjet printing presses, but is also available on some of its integrated printbar products. Contact us today to learn more about the cutting-edge technology Fujifilm can bring to your printing operation. https://lnkd.in/e-67M2nq #digitalinkjet #technology #innovation #print

We’re gearing up to visit Mexico City for EXPOGRÁFICA 2024, and what is expected to be the biggest edition of the show yet. We’ll be showing the FUJIFILM Mini 4300 Printbar System, a compact, high-speed system that is ideal for addressing, variable data images, labels, and serialization. It offers 1200 dpi production, with speeds up to 1800 fpm (548.6 m/m). The Mini 4300 can be integrated into an existing production system for monochrome variable data printing, or as part of a four-color system to bring dynamic color to variable data print projects. In addition to the Mini 4300, we’ll be having live exhibits of the FUJIFILM Acuity Prime and Revoria presses, as well as live exhibits of commercial offset printing and package printing. Andrew Gunn from FUJIFILM Graphic Communication Division will be participating in a program titled “Digital Transformation: Strategic Considerations for the Printing Industry.” Come visit us at Booth 3600. We’ll be there Nov. 12-15. #digitalinkjet #expografica2024 #print #innovation

It’s no trick – this is a treat for our customers! We’re getting ready to ship out the first FUJIFILM 42X Printbar System. The 42X expands on our flagship 42K system, with increased speed across web-spanning widths. The 42X can reach 1,000 feet per minute (300 meters/minute) using printbars up to 1 meter wide. With printbars that wide, the 42X eliminates the need to reposition printbars. With fast startup and advanced job queue management for quickly swapping jobs, the 42X maximizes system up time. Powered by the Kao Collins Universal Controller, the 42X’s premium software set includes automated maintenance routines and the ability to digitally adjust print positions in two directions while printing. Logistics are part of every business. But figuring out logistics of refurbishing printbars is something no printer wants to spend time doing. In a recent piece on WhatTheyThink, writer Patrick Henry examined the possibilities of integrating offset and inkjet. It’s not a new concept, but Fujifilm has been making strides in building more efficient hybrid digital-offset presses. Part of that efficiency is requiring less maintenance. While legacy technology print systems are prone to ink buildup that lead to downtime for refurbishment, Fujifilm’s printbars, featuring FUJIFILM Samba drop-on-demand printheads, don’t require that down time. “That's a big advantage because if you've got those print bars, every so many prints you need to take them off, have them all cleaned out, parts replaced, basically disassembled and put back together again,” said our Steve Atherton. “You need to manage the logistics of it.” Read the entire article here: https://lnkd.in/eY4HQevm Contact us to learn how to integrate success into your business here: https://lnkd.in/e-67M2nq #digitalinkjet #logistics #print #norefurbishment #savetimesavemoney
