Fulton State Hospital Employee of the Month for December 2024 is................ Zane Wynn is the SLP staff development trainer. Starting his career at FSH in 2007 as a support care assistant and then advancing onto Senior Support care assistant. Zane then started as a staff development trainer in 2021. Zane is consistently going above and beyond during new employee orientation, BPTC, and helping complete training needs on SLP in a timely manner. He does this by showing up early to complete morning trainings on and off his program. Very dependable and always willing to help when and where necessary. Zane is pleasant and friendly with both staff and clients and a valued team member. He is always willing to help make training better by updating materials and creating plans to ensure staff learn what they need to be successful in their job. Zane is a valued team member. And asset to SLP and FSH! Congratulations Zane! Thanks for choosing to work at Fulton State Hospital!
