BIG NEWS TODAY!! AuthCon, the industry's first dedicated Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) conference - is now open for registration. FusionAuth is hosting the conference, as part of the journey to providing authentication that fits the best into how developers need to work, and how they get things done. It's become ultra clear that the industry's conferences address Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) as a side note to Identity and Access Management (IAM), which is generally SSO for your IT department . . . not the same thing, and much bigger than a side note! Our goal is to provide a place where development, engineering and product teams can come together to reach new levels of learning and efficiency around CIAM. The list of initial speakers is amazing, with Heather Flanagan, Topher Marie, Hannah Hershey Sutor, Chris Obdam, Hirsch Singhal, Matthew Goodrich, Michael Gruen, Cheryl Hung and Michael Ross already on the agenda to share their identity migrations, projects and learnings, industry standards, the community surrounding identity, MFA, and even how to relate authentication and blockchain. From Brian Pontarelli, our CEO, "The industry has been missing a conference targeted specifically at developers who are building applications. These applications require login and when the login stops working, the application stops working. That means login is a mission critical component, so it deserves its own conference! AuthCon will help developers learn how to implement industry leading tools and processes to secure their login, registration, and much more.” The event will be hosted on May 14-15, 2025 in New York, alongside apidays. Today the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 winners were announced! FusionAuth is #273, which is a fantastic showing, given that all the winners are chosen by their revenue growth percentage over the last three years. This is even more amazing given that FusionAuth was bootstrapped for almost 10 years (in case you didn't know). It's been only a little over one year since the announcement of a funding round by Updata Partners. Our growth can only be explained by a great product that meets customers' needs over and over again; in our case, solving the problem of engineering and development sinking the time of their most valuable developers into authentication. We got your auth, now go build something awesome! And 2024 isn't even over yet :)

Engineering teams at startups care about cost control . . . 'what is that usage spike screwing with our cash flow projections?' They care about uptime and reliability - 'our uptime issues are screwing with our flow from POC to deal closure, because we can't start the POC' They care about talent & resourcing - 'we can't push x new feature without hiring in for it - how long is it going to take?' Lots of startups don't want their talent to be spending undue time on authentication - but is FusionAuth the right choice? Don't take our word for it - see what this online poll from Gartner Peer Insights had to say: https://lnkd.in/eR95ammA
