🌍 Celebrating Progress and Impact at FXRY This month marks one year since our first pop-up, and we’re proud to reflect on how far we’ve come in our mission to keep all clothes in rotation and out of the landfill. Here’s what we’ve accomplished so far in 2025: ✅ Garments Saved: Just two weeks into the year, we’ve already surpassed our total January target, setting us on track to double our goal and highlighting the growing demand for repairs and alterations. ✅ New Space: We’ve signed a commercial lease for what will become a hub for circular fashion—starting as a studio offering repairs and alterations by appointment and eventually transforming into a retail space. ✅ Community Engagement: We’ve hosted impactful pop-ups at Filson, Hoste (our highest-performing pop-up to date!), and this weekend, Eileen Fisher Renew, connecting with communities that share our values. At FXRY, our work is about more than just repairs; it’s about extending the life of clothing, reducing waste, and redefining the future of fashion. What’s next for FXRY: ✉️ Mail-in Services: Launching in the next few months to bring our expertise to even more people. ♻️ Recycling Expansion: Upcycling materials directly into your repairs. 🪡 Secondhand Garments: Introducing pre-loved pieces, mended and reimagined by our Fixers. 🤝 Co-Design Opportunities: Inviting you to collaborate with us by choosing fabrics, trims, and designs for your visible repairs or upcycled creations. Every garment we repair and alter (because clothes that fit are loved more and last longer) keeps one more piece out of a landfill. Every person we serve strengthens the movement toward a more circular economy. 💬 We’d love your input! What services or features would you like to see in our new space? Share your thoughts in the comments—your feedback helps shape our vision. Together, we’re proving that the future of fashion is repair and renewal. Thank you for being part of this journey. • When SSKEIN STUDIO includes a built-in repair kit (yep, their sweaters come with a skein of yarn!), it’s their way of saying, “We want this piece to last.” FXRY makes that promise even better with invisible repairs that use the yarn they’ve provided to keep your favorite pieces looking great and ready to wear. This partnership isn’t just about fixing clothes—it’s about brands building stronger connections with their customers and all of us working toward a more sustainable future for fashion. By designing clothes to last and backing that up with expert care, SSKEIN STUDIO and FXRY are showing what’s possible when we rethink the way we make and keep clothes. Let’s keep them in rotation longer—together. ◡̈

  • What an incredible year this has been for FXRY! We began 2024 as a pop-up experiment at Hoste in West Seattle, and here we are—nearly a year later—with the support of our amazing customers, partners, and community. This year, we: • Launched our website in July, making it easier than ever to connect people with repairs and alterations. • Partnered with even more fantastic boutiques and brands across Seattle to host pop-ups. • Started searching for a commercial space to expand our services in 2025! None of this would be possible without our incredible team: the fixers who breathe new life into garments, the drivers who ensure seamless pickups and drop-offs, and everyone behind the scenes working tirelessly to bring our mission to life. *“Two years ago, I left corporate apparel design with one goal: to do something different. The world doesn’t need another dress, so I decided to focus on keeping the ones we already have around longer. Thank you for supporting our vision of repair and renewal at the heart of fashion.”* — Calley Dawson, Founder & CEO Here’s to another year of growth, collaboration, and keeping clothes in rotation and out of landfills! #CircularFashion #SustainableFashion #FXRY #ClothingRepairs #BusinessGrowth #StartupJourney #2024Wrapped

Exciting to witness repair stepping into the fashion spotlight, completing the puzzle for a circular economy alongside recycling, reselling, and renting! Across the pond, initiatives like United Repair Centre are leading the way. It's time to bring this trend to the US, and FXRY is the answer. Launching in Seattle in April, FXRY offers alterations and repairs to extend your wardrobe's life. We're not just a service; we're a solution to our collective wardrobe crisis.
