This month we will introduce you the games that have been developed so far by our partners and today we start with the one of Kiipula - THE GOOD LIFE game 😀 It is an educational game with artificial intelligence-controlled avatars to help students practise soft skills. 👏 👊 With the help of different games in Good Life -village you can practice a job interview with an employer, customer service skills in a department store, or learn to pronounce words correctly in different languages. It will help secondary school students, immigrants, or anyone to improve conversation skills, customer service skills, and language skills. The games progress in difficulty and the player is rewarded with a friendly summary of the game in the job interview game, and in other games with congratulations from the AI avatar for well-performed tasks. Meta AppLab platform is used for the game. Meta accounts and Oculus Quest virtual glasses are needed to play the game. Our students are already enjoying it!! Stay tuned for the link 😉 🙏 .

Do you know the city of Prosperitas? Prosperitas, known for its kindness and goodwill, is now in trouble. The city’s most valuable resources – empathy, cooperation, and problem-solving skills – have mysteriously disappeared. “Mystery of Prosperitas” is an exciting educational game where students step into the streets of a medieval city to solve a mysterious case. The game is one of the six serious games developed in Game On – Level Up -project, and aims to create new, exciting ways to learn soft skills. In the game, players practice teamwork, creativity, and communication skills, offering an unforgettable experience to strengthen these essential abilities. The game is delveloped by one of our partners Live-säätiö and will be released in the spring of 2025. Game on Level Up Team at TKNIKA On the 2nd day of our Transnational Project Meeting at Cebanc, Donostia-San Sebastian, 6th November, we had the opportunity to visit the Immersive Lab of Tknika where Mikel and Alberto showed us its cutting-edge technology that provides Basque VET centers with interactive, hands-on experiences in simulated or augmented settings. These labs leverage advanced technologies and digital tools to create immersive, experiential learning opportunities. Realistic scenarios, often mirroring real-world conditions, VR headsets, AR devices, motion sensors, and 3D modeling are used to create more engaging learning settings in our VET centers.
