This week, we brought together some of the top minds in the data center real estate market for an impactful conversation about the complexities and growing opportunities within data center development! Thanks to our moderator Michael Beer, our panelists Doug Chambers, Trisha Duncan, MBA, MA, Jeff Clark, PE, Jim Leonard, and to all those who attended and contributed to the vibrant discussion.

We believe that strong partnerships make complex projects like Northstar Center possible. This redevelopment has been all about collaboration—working closely with trade partners, design teams, and the community to bring new life to a historic building, while always focusing on hospitality.    We are grateful to have Barry Stoffel join our valued partners, Chris Sherman, Matthew Legge, and Jacob Saufley, at BisNow’s Twin Cities State of the Market panel last Thursday to share more about this journey of partnership and hospitality in complex project delivery. It’s about more than just construction. It’s about understanding and caring for the people involved—whether they are partners, clients, or the city itself. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this project a success.
