This Thanksgiving, the Greater Baltimore Urban League is deeply thankful for the opportunity to serve our community. Our Turkey Giveaway and Community Meal, hosted at Life Church Ministries, was a beautiful reminder of what we can accomplish together. With the help of our incredible partners at Giant Food and Future Think Hub, we provided over 500 turkeys, hams, care packages, and warm meals to families in need. We are profoundly grateful to Life Church Ministries for their generosity in hosting the event and to our amazing volunteers from the National Council of Negro Women, Greater Baltimore Leadership Association, Wells Fargo, P.E.A.C.E. Team, and others who made this day so special. To our community partners, especially during our 100th year of service to Baltimore, your support inspires us to do more and serve better. To our staff and volunteers, your dedication is the heartbeat of everything we do. Thank you for letting us be part of your lives.
