About us

The Genomic Data Infrastructure (GDI) project will contribute to realise the 1+MG federated secured Infrastructure that will enable European countries to provide access across borders to high-quality human genomic, phenotypic and other linked data for advancing data-driven biomedical research and personalised medicine solutions to benefit citizens of Europe. GDI brings together national agencies, research organisations, and technology providers in 20 countries and 2 international organisations to collaboratively develop, deploy, operate and sustain the data infrastructure required to fulfil the 1+MG ambition by deploying interconnected National nodes.
