This has been a “Blue Ribbon” week for GE Aerospace Service and Customer Experience teams! In addition to celebrating the opening of the Services Acceleration Technology Center (STAC), we also commemorated GE Aerospace’s Customer Experience Center (CEC) in Cincinnati, which opened earlier this year. The CEC truly offers an experience with a capital “E,” established a new, modernized way for collaborating with our airline customers to monitor and maintain our commercial fleet of 44K+ engines. The CEC serves as a central “command center,” coordinating with our regional fleet and customer support teams embedded with our customers all over the world to provide direct On-Wing support services. It also serves as a meeting place to host our customers in person for multi-day workouts and problem-solving sessions. In 2024, we’ve already hosted some 30 airline customers for visits. We’re looking forward to dozens more in 2025!
