Essential Duties and Responsibilities: → Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements. → Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making. → Assess current business processes and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. → Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams. → Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and project goals. → Assist in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions to meet business needs. → Support project management activities, including timeline development, resource allocation, and status reporting. → Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. → Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the executive leadership team, lead meetings, and engage with a diverse range of individuals, from leadership to shop leads.
