    We dove deep into the aggregate win rate data — both with and without partners — of the thousands of companies on our network, and the results speak for themselves.   The average lift in win rate when partners are involved in deals is 11.7%. To find out why and to get a more detailed analysis of how win rate is affected by ecosystem size, ecosystem type, and involvement of sales teams.

    Are you using Crossbeam? Stop everything you're doing right now and check this out. This is the exact same process I use to infuse ecosystem intelligence into BEMOs account research process at Scale. 1. ZoomInfo : Finds companies that have intent and pushes them to our CRM     2. RB2B : De Anonymizes web visitors and pushes them to Clay.     3. HubSpot : Builds list, segmentation and round robin to BDRs.     4. Crossbeam: Reveals overlaps within our partner's CRMs.     5. Clay : Cleans, qualify and research companies with overlaps.     6. 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗢𝗽𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺: We use DataBees. They validate the information, find additional nuggets, get contact data and research them. The results? BDRs at BEMO no longer have to spend hours qualifying and researching companies and contacts. It's all done for us now thanks to this workflow. Think this is interesting?     Getting internal ELG buy-in can be a challenge, especially when working across large, distributed teams. Kristen Kelly, Global Technology Alliances Director at Netskope‎, speaking at the Tech Stack Summit '24, shared valuable lessons from her experience with Crossbeam about how to build alignment and enthusiasm for ELG strategies. Her key advice for securing internal buy-in: 🔹 Targeted messaging: Adapt your content to the audience. Use specific data and examples that resonate with the team's day-to-day challenges. 🔹 Smaller groups = more engagement: Focus on intimate sessions where people feel more comfortable asking questions and engaging deeply. 🔹 Champions matter: Once a few key people are on board, they can help spread the message across the organization, creating organic buy-in.     Crossbeam‎ CEO and Co-Founder Bob Moore‎ is diving deep into Ecosystem-Led Growth in a new video series, and he recently took on the hot topic of cold outbound and how it’s evolving with access to ecosystem data. Some takeaways: 🔹 How does outbound selling change when you're running an ecosystem play with an awesome partner ecosystem?  - It changes a lot! - The most successful ELG companies are taking ecosystem data from Crossbeam — all the overlap between their CRM and their partner CRMs — and turning it into an incredible asset for qualifying leads. - This data is a firehose of buying signals for every prospect that you might do cold outreach to. 🔹 What kinds of buying signals? - Do they use any of our partners' products? Do they work with any of our partner services? But most importantly, ➡️ have they done it lately? ⬅️ - How many of them have had some movement in the last seven days where they purchased a partner's product or engaged in a sales process with a partner?  - These are signals that there is action inside of these accounts — there are fundamental changes going on with how they run.
