An unnamed customer approached me a while back. Been 5 years R&D-ing and did a major POC, unlike you ever will see a POC. Had a mega validation and are good to launch now.
Via a go-to market with funding of 10 mio to finance 5 sub-entities to cover various industries. People know I love chess boards, this is quite a chess board.
It really a XaaS, consisting of various products (hardware) a software platform and services. Which all needed pricing.
On top of that it's a horizontal XaaS, so we also had quite some pricing ahead of us, in terms of applications.
Needless to say, in 1 day, Laurent-David did deliver 80% of the whole puzzle, and the customer is now playing with the amazing Builder module they have.
The customer themselves are super mature in terms of pricing too and immediately saw how GMF's workshop, combined with the software is something incredibly powerful.
Which helps them to shape, structure and iterate on pricing and its fixed & configurable (by the end-client) packs.
Not to mention this is an excellent Offering tool, allowing to easily showcase this pricing to customers and put them in the driver's seat.

But I didn't... And I am very happy I didn't because it had an incredible impact. And it helped me to create a first big impact for the client, in a very short amount of time. Which benefits my project enormously.
GMF and Laurent-David brought clarity in 1 workshop and the customer is playing with the Builder as we speak and is already making offers to enterprise customers.
