  • Happy launching to Dickerson Park Zoo - Springfield, MO ! 🦧 As of last month, they've officially launched digital membership and loyalty rewards through the PassPlay app. This new initiative makes it easier than ever for their community to enjoy all that the zoo has to offer. You can earn points by: - Scanning QR codes located in different areas of the zoo - Making a purchase at the cafe or gift shop - Attend special events - Simply visiting the zoo! When you have enough rewards, just click redeem rewards and present the screen to a zoo staff member to take advantage of your points.   • We partnered with Omaha Children's Museum to develop a digital membership and loyalty solution for their more than 275k members. Here's how we made an impact: - Offered digital passes and easy integration with their membership CRM system as a solution to their long entry lines. - 40% of their members have already switched to PassPlay and love the gamified points system. - Solved an issue they had with their previous digital membership regarding support by providing easy access to the people behind PassPlay.
