The Grand Forks Region offers many pipeline programs to connect with students. The Northern Valley Career Expo allows students one day of hands-on career exploration with exposure to in-demand careers in the Northern Valley. The Career Impact Academy and the GF Career and Technical Education Center offer students the ability to gain college credits and certifications while exploring different careers. ND Job Service offers on-the-job training to gain skills and qualify for a particular occupation. LIFT is a program that supports technological advancement by providing financing for the commercialization of intellectual property. There is a total of $1.75 million available to be awarded.
