It was a great two days of learning and networking at the Washington Festivals & Events Association (WFEA) Fall Conference at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside. I presented on a topic near and dear to my heart: Engage your Guests to Give - Tools on how to excite your audience. Amanda Korb co-owner of Blue Ink was my co-presenter and we had a lively conversation and discussion on how you can keep your guests engaged at your event which will drive fundraising at your event. And at the awards gala on Wednesday night, the GFS Events team, including Colleen O'Connor and Kavitha Vedha-Peters took home the award for best logistics for a nonprofit event with a budget under $150K!
