Another great milestone to achieve our goals! ✨ 5 Days of Creativity and Collaboration at Rhine-Waal University ✨ Last week, I had the honor of co-running the User Experience Design course at Rhine-Waal University with Prof. Karsten Nebe —and what an incredible journey it was! Together, we guided 51 bright and enthusiastic students through the process of designing a mental health app from the ground up. Over 5 intensive days, we explored the phases of Analyze, Validate, Shape, and Build, turning user insights into meaningful, user-centered digital solutions. From mood trackers to personalized mindfulness exercises, the students impressed us with their creativity, dedication, and ability to tackle complex challenges! A huge thank you to our amazing guest contributors: • Tatiana Gerasimenko for showing students how to leverage AI in UXD and sharing her inspiring master’s thesis work. • Ardit Shala for teaching the students how to design with technology and business in mind, offering practical tips that will empower them to craft better solutions in the future. And finally, a heartfelt thanks to Karsten 🥰 🙂 —for inviting me to co-lead this course, for the inspiring ideas we shared, and for making the experience so much fun.
