While scrambling to find renters for a house we bought at the beginning of the pandemic, we were introduced to a sober living group. It just so happened that the house we had met all of their criteria, and they moved in. It has been a great experience so far, with good returns and the added bonus of feeling GREAT about being able to provide housing for this group of folks. Mustard Seed Village. This is our latest acquisition. One of the things we like most about this deal is NO prepayment penalty on the loan. It gives us the flexibility to maneuver when the time is right! We can refinance if and when the rates come down with no prepayment penalty.
