Happy Hump Day from Golden Ratio Capital Group! I wanted to shed some light on a new asset type we are pursuing this year; sober living housing. While scrambling to find renters for a house we bought at the beginning of the pandemic, we were introduced to a sober living group. It just so happened that the house we had met all of their criteria, and they moved in. It has been a great experience so far, with good returns and the added bonus of feeling GREAT about being able to provide housing for this group of folks.
