On Oct 30th, over 250 multi-family leaders gathered at Chicago's prestigious Union League Club to enjoy expert forecasts on the 2025 economy and apartment market. They also enjoyed a great breakfast while prominent Chicago area owners and operators provided insight into current and future plans. Yelena Maleyev, CBE, Senior Economist at KPMG US, kicked off the breakfast with insight into next year's economy and a recap of the 2024 picture.
