This week, thousands of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School students participated in World of Work at the LJVM Coliseum. Eighth and tenth graders explored and connected with some incredible employers - and perhaps ignited an interest in a new career path! This week, members of our Talent & Workforce team presented on our Senior Academy initiative at the 34th Annual Dropout Prevention Conference in New Orleans. 🎓 Senior Academy provides 12th-grade students who are in jeopardy of dropping out one-on-one mentoring with a volunteer.
