    Glad to see the City of Vancouver pro-actively engaging in accelerating the residential home-building process. This is a step in the right direction for providing "middle-housing" for residents of Vancouver. We would love to see the City streamline even further and embrace coordination with modular manufacturers in order to produce high-quality affordable housing.

    📣 🏠Great news on the housing front – City of Vancouver is introducing a permitting stream designed to support the building of much-needed housing. The development building (DB) stream will help certain types of multiplex projects to get approved up to 50% faster!
