  • Pauls Pantry is the most recent recipient of the GreenLeaf Bank jeans day fundraiser. On the first Friday of each month, GreenLeaf Bank team members are able to wear jeans to work in return for a $5 donation to a local non-profit. This quarter's combination of donations and company match raised $800 for Paul's Pantry. Pictured is Stephanie Martinez, Paul's Pantry's Director of Volunteer and Guest Services, receiving the check on behalf of the non-profit.

  • The River Coffee & Cream is a wonderful community gathering place in the central retail district in the VILLAGE OF WRIGHTSTOWN. Its riverfront location will be enhanced with a new expansion, allowing The River to host private and community events and to provide more seating. The expansion, which will be complete this fall, was aided through a $30,000 grant provided to the project by GreenLeaf Bank through its partnership with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago. Thank you to FHLBank Chicago for offering grants of up to $30,000 to eligible small businesses to advance economic opportunity in the communities it serves. A tip of the cap to Gregg Halvorsen who helped owner Deborah Tews and her husband Roger (pictured) with the financing of this project.  Travis Coenen #communitybanking

  • Due to the generosity of the team at GreenLeaf Bank who donated $5 the first Friday of each month to wear jeans to work, and a company match, we were able to contribute $740 to local nonprofit Mary's Missions. The creator of the organization, Mary Ehnerd, is pictured accepting the check. Mary's nonprofit works to benefit the homeless, veterans, and Native American women and children. • One Wrightstown is a non-profit organization that does amazing work supporting the financial needs of students in our community. Founded in 2018, they use community donations and local connections to fill the gap of essential needs of area children. In the 4th quarter of 2023, GreenLeaf Bank employees donated $235 to the cause by participating in a monthly Jeans Day fundraiser. Combined with the bank match, we were able to donate $470 to this non-profit. One Wisconsin director Jennifer Vander Zanden and her son Reid accepted the check on behalf of the organization. GreenLeaf Bank's Jeans Day guru Jennifer Gay and Michael Krutz presented the check. Thank you to Aura Lee Gehl for recommending this amazing non-profit!
