One of GREENMAX's customers recycles #foam recycled material around the world and then ships it back to its Spanish facility for pelletizing. The recycled pellets are then supplied to parent company 's various XPS foam production plants in Europe. GREENMAX's collaboration with them began at K 2022, where a customer bought a prototype at the show. After 2023, they started a new #recycling project in Brazil with a single foam densifier M-C200. In early 2024, we will achieve a win-win cooperation with Moroccan recyclers and place a single M-C200. So far, they have placed an order for a total of 3 foam melters for EPS foam recycling. With the deepening of business communication between the two parties, GREENMAX began to contact the new EPP foam recycling project of the parent company in July 2024, and the customer also learned that GREENMAX foam densifier can recycle EPS, EPP, XPS and other materials at the same time, and several companies in Europe have started using GREENMAX machine several years ago. Therefore, at the end of 24 years, the customer finally decided to place an order for 3 foam densifier M-C200E for a large number of #EPP recycling in Europe next year, so that EPP foam recycling will really be bigger and better

GREENMAX #EPE foam densifier M-C200E can help recycle EPE scraps generated during the cutting process EPE foam densifier is helping to recycle the scraps produced in the #foam cutting process. EPE foam packaging needs to be cut into specified shapes before it can be put into use, so a machine with a high compression ratio is needed to help with timely waste cleaning. The compression ratio of GREENMAX foam #densifier is as high as 90:1
