Thank you Savannah Woodman and Lucy Roseman for featuring the life and work of Japanese American architect George Matsumoto in their recent article in the Technician. Matsumoto was a professor of architecture at NC State from 1948 to 1961, and a model of Matsumoto House in Raleigh is on display in "Leading by Design: Celebrating 75 Years of the College of Design" exhibition, currently on view at the Gregg Museum, through April 13. The Matsumoto House was the home of Dr. Banks Talley Jr. and his family from 1961-1974. https://lnkd.in/dN-3SUXP
