Our Head Roaster, Alex Greene, was recently featured in Business Insider, sharing his favorite way to enjoy coffee. If it’s on the menu, Alex recommends opting for a pour-over to truly experience the flavor of a roast."It’s coffee in its purest form, so you get to enjoy what the farmer produced without any modifications or milk." In 2025, we're launching our Culture Coffee program to celebrate the many ways coffee is enjoyed worldwide. We're starting with our first-ever Robusta coffee, brewed in the traditional Vietnamese style with sweetened condensed milk, and rich notes of toasted basmati rice and cashews. Experience our new Central Highlands Single Origin—and discover a whole new world of flavor, one cup at a time. Read our blog post to learn more about Robusta: https://lnkd.in/g73C4qhK

Our founder & CEO, Gregory Zamfotis, joined this week’s Modern Retail Podcast to talk about the journey of growing Gregorys Coffee, scaling craft coffee with purpose, and where the coffee world is heading next. Grab a cup of your favorite brew and tune in: https://lnkd.in/g-XB6iPx

Coffee has been part of the human story for over a thousand years. Throughout the centuries, it has spread to every continent, and almost every culture has a relationship with coffee. Though brewing is as simple as combining water and grounds, over time, we’ve discovered endless ways to make that connection special and unique. Whether it’s a precise brew like a pour-over or press, or alternative heat applications—humans have tried it all. Some add cardamom, others nutmeg; for some, it’s fresh cane sugar, while others prefer sweetened condensed milk. To each their own—across the globe, coffee remains a common ground we all share. As it’s always our purpose to see coffee differently, we want to share how others see coffee too. In 2025, we’re introducing our Culture Coffee program, exploring another chapter in coffee’s story through the many ways it’s enjoyed around the world. Cheers!
