Kim F. and Adam M. are key players in training new underwriters how to appropriately underwrite risks, communicate with agents, negotiate, and make the best decisions. For live file training, they pull new files for the trainees to work on and ultimately give approval for the trainee to take the appropriate actions. And they do all this on top of their “day jobs.” Their nominator noted that “It’s safe to say that these two have reviewed literally hundreds of files over the course of three to four months.” Thank you, Kim and Adam, for supporting fellow employees with your time and expertise.
