    Time to earn our stripes! We’re excited to welcome Zebra Technologies as our newest client. Since 1969, Zebra has been a global leader in connected operations, driving business transformation across nearly every industry with innovative hardware and software solutions. Zebra is also an official partner of the NFL, powering the league’s Next Gen Stats and intelligent athlete tracking. Through the remainder of 2024 and beyond, we’ll be leading a global rebrand for Zebra, partnering closely with Zebra’s in-house creative agency to redefine the brand’s voice, identity, and design system. We're excited to help write the next chapter for this iconic global brand and create an identity that helps Zebra stand out from the pack in a crowded, complex category. Grizzly won the business through a competitive RFP process.

    What does it mean to get outside? Step out and breathe some fresh air. Explore something new and escape the familiar. Take a walk or the long way home. Feel the wind change directions or embrace the smell after it rains. Take a step back. Meet new people and discover new places. Do something that scares you so much that it becomes your new favorite thing. Most importantly, get outside of your comfort zone. Comfort rarely brings new ideas into the world, but when we get outside, we're challenged to think differently. We aren't constrained by the canvas, dimensions, or word counts; getting outside empowers us to wonder, to question, and to dream without limits. Outside shifts perspective. It's wide open territory for asking questions with radical curiosity and learning something new. It's a breath of fresh air and an opportunity to approach creativity with renewed ambition and a new perspective. Outside creates space. It removes the boundaries of what we think is possible and challenges us to bring something new, something innovative, something world-changing, and something outside of the box. Outside connects us. It's a universal language of adventure and discovery that lets us express ideas and dream about what's possible together. It embraces diversity of people, perspectives, and ideas while providing a common ground for sharing and shaping experiences. That’s why, on Earth Day, we’re launching a new series aimed at drawing connections between getting outside, our team, and our perspectives on creativity and the many points of inspiration between the outside and the work.     🐻 Grizzly took home some hardware last week. Grateful to win six pencils at the One Awards, including a gold for our campaign 'Here We Go' with Future and several awards for our collaboration with Google on 'Chrome OS for Kids.' So proud of our talented team and grateful for amazing clients like Amy Kepler and Andy Russell who trust us with their vision. The work from the entire #sandiego creative community was 🔥 this year and everyone who tirelessly volunteers their time with The One Club for Creativity San Diego put on an amazing event.     A decade of design. 🐻 We're celebrating 10 years of creating enduring ideas, brands, and experiences for companies building a more daring future. What have we learned in 10 years? 😎 Put people first - Surround yourself with passionate, talented, and genuinely good people and the work will be better. It's always about the people. 👀 Take time for perspective - Stop and smell the roses. Remember where you've been. Listen to the world around you. Have a POV. Creativity is also about observation and gratitude. 🏞 Enjoy the process - As Chris Paul recently said to Rich Roll, "Fall in love with the work." It doesn't matter where you're going, the work is the way. Put in the reps and invest in process over outcomes. 🎨 Create with purpose - There's so much we can do with our time, but it's a lot better when you're working with clients you trust toward a shared vision for the future. Say no to the wrong briefs so you can say yes to the right ones. Thanks to the hundreds of team members and collaborators over the last ten years who've poured their creativity into the work and to the clients that trusted us with their brands.
