On Thursday, November 21st, a ceremony was held in honor of the 2021 Apprentice Class completing 4.000 hours of on-the-job training to earn their Journeyperson Card. Apprentices could also extend the invite to friends and family to join the ceremony. We had speakers from Rhodes State College and GROB—a special thank you to CEO Michael Hutecker for coming to support and share a few inspiring words. Afterward, a light meal was provided for all in attendance. Their hard work and dedication to the program have been astonishing. We wish them the best of luck in all their future endeavors and hope they continue to thrive with us here at GROB. Congratulations class of 2021!

Aerospace Day Thank You Post We recently hosted an Aerospace Technology Day with several partners: Seco Tools, Third Wave Systems, OPEN MIND Technologies AG, EMUGE-FRANKEN USA, and Concepts NREC. We shared industry insights, offered great aerospace machining demos, and facilitated great conversations between GROB hosts, partners, and attendees. Thank you to everyone who prepped and participated to make this day successful!

This past Tuesday, we welcomed the newest addition to our Atlanta production facility-- a brand new GROB Systems, Inc machining system. 🏗️ With just centimeters of clearance on either side, getting it in the building was quite the challenge. Students are loving our Thanksgiving-themed STEM activity: circuit turkeys! We visited three 1st-grade classrooms at Columbus Grove this past week. The students had so much fun figuring out how to get the LEDs to light up and were so excited about the final product! Thanks for having us, Bulldogs!
