Previously, Sonia served as Senior Program Director at the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City, where she managed a $3M+ outreach fund, expanded access to key programs such as Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, One Million Black Women: Black in Business, and Santander’s Cultivate Small Business programs, and developed innovative strategies to broaden program participation.
