Entrepreneurship holds the key to revitalizing communities and empowering the next generation, and the GROWTH project has been dedicated to achieving just that. By equipping young people with innovative tools and resources, the project has fostered entrepreneurial skills and provided hands-on guidance for building sustainable businesses. During the final meeting in Vienna, On November 26-27th, partners reviewed the success of the Digital Board Game and Handbook, both designed to inspire and educate young entrepreneurs. One of the most impactful initiatives discussed was the Mentoring Program, where professionals shared their expertise through one-on-one sessions, helping participants craft business plans and take their first steps in entrepreneurship. As GROWTH nears its conclusion, the focus now shifts to delivering the final Toolkit, a resource designed to support young individuals and organizations in starting their entrepreneurial journeys. The GROWTH project’s Mentoring Program successfully took place across partner countries, aiming to support young entrepreneurs and promote positive entrepreneurship for individuals with fewer opportunities. During the event, participants had the chance to: -Connect with experienced mentors, set personal goals, and envision their entrepreneurial journey. -Join workshops focused on business plan development and receive valuable advice to kickstart their ventures. -Experience the Digital Business Game, a fun and engaging tool designed to strengthen entrepreneurial skills through gamified learning. -Receive one-on-one mentoring to develop their ideas and work towards achieving their business aspirations. Education and Social Innovation Centre of Austria (ESICA) from the Austrian side of the project: Based in #Vienna, the Education and Social Innovation Centre of Austria (ESICA) is an NGO focused on social innovation, inclusion, and equality. ESICA engages in research and project development across social, cultural, educational, and environmental sectors. They emphasize non-formal education in social innovation and entrepreneurship, particularly for underprivileged groups. ESICA's activities include knowledge generation, solution-focused concepts, and promoting labor market participation for social inclusion, aligning with European #education and #innovation policies.

Another one of our project members ‘Connect Your City - Brussels’ !! Connect Brussels, a Belgian non-profit, actively engages European youth in civil life through creative activities, activism, and volunteering. It aims to foster democratic participation, strengthen European identity, and promote a culture of diversity, social pluralism, and solidarity. The organization focuses on skill development through interactive events and workshops, supporting vulnerable social groups and advocating for gender equality and social inclusion. Emphasizing unity, creativity, and empowerment, Connect Brussels strives to be a central hub for European Youth, nurturing active European citizenship and a unified Europe.
