We build growth engines that blend AI workflows with experts. From content to distribution to conversion.

About us

We build end-to-end growth engines with expert-guided AI workflows. From content to distribution to conversion. We're not another software company. We're not trying to be an agency. We're building something entirely different: - AI-powered workflows that adapt to YOU - Expert guidance every step of the way - Zero burden on your team - Results that compound over time Why? Because traditional options aren't cutting it: - Agencies are expensive and often disconnected from your brand's reality. - Freelancers can be hit or miss, hard to manage, and challenging to retain. - In-house teams are costly to build and often bogged down by internal processes. - AI alone lacks the nuance and contextual understanding that human expertise brings. - Software tools require your team to do all the heavy lifting. We believe in combining the best of both worlds—AI and experts—to drive real growth. Already, 25 incredible companies – from seed startups to public giants – are growing with us. And we're just getting started... 🚀 P.S. We're hiring (and yes, taking on new clients too)

CEO @ GrowthX.ai 🇺🇸 🇧🇷 // Ex- Deepgram, Scale AI, HashiCorp, ServiceTitan // CMO, Advisor, Investor

Today, I'm insanely proud to announce my new company: GrowthX AI It also marks a milestone that still feels surreal to write: $3M ARR. 6 months. Zero funding. But let me share the real story – the one that matters... Throughout my journey as CMO/marketing at Scale AI, ServiceTitan, HashiCorp, and Deepgram, I became obsessed with one challenge: 🤔 How do you build scalable, repeatable, sustainable growth? The answer kept coming back to one formula: Content → distribution → conversion Crafting high-quality content at scale, nailing its distribution, and turning attention into real opportunities? That's HARD!!! But at Deepgram, I stumbled upon something special. Combining AI workflows with experts in the loop to scale growth effectively. The results blew my mind: - 3,000 pages crafted in 3 months - Daily traffic soaring from 1,000 to 30,000 visitors - (Most importantly) 4x revenue from marketing I knew I had to share this. Started running workshops. 170+ paid participants joined to learn the approach. But here's where the story takes an unexpected turn... They loved the process. Saw the potential. But kept hitting the same wall: "This is exactly what we need... but we don't have the bandwidth to implement it." That's when it clicked. They didn't need another playbook gathering dust. They didn't want another tool sitting unused. They needed a true partner – one powered by AI but guided by experts. That’s GrowthX. We're already helping 25 incredible companies, from startups to public companies. And we're just getting started 🚀 P.S. We're hiring (and yes, taking on new clients too)

CEO @ Goodcall | AI phone calls made easy | x.Google, MIT, Speech AI Leader

🏆 In 2024 Goodcall landed #1 in SEO + AI Overview for many keywords in our industry such as "ai phone agent" "ai phone answering service" through the direct use of AI workflows. SERP features grew 160X from 5 to 800+ on Google. With an AI Voice agent company being born every day, this was a huge challenge and the work has just started. 🚀 🙏 👊 Thank you Marcel Santilli GrowthX AI for showing us the way to build a content marketing machine. 2025 is going to be HUGE with this foundation laid.

VP of Client Strategy & Operations @ GrowthX.ai | Empowering GTM teams with AI workflows that transform their growth

Thrilled to officially announce: I’ve joined GrowthX AI as VP of Client Strategy & Operations! From FIRST client to leading all our client engagements. Here’s the back story… At Tray.io, I saw what’s possible when automation fuels GTM growth. We 2.5x our organic traffic! That was before LLMs were even in play. Then while leading Growth at Homebase, I met Marcel Santilli and it immediately clicked. AI workflows + Experts in the loop = Scalable Growth! I was so impressed, I not only became GrowthX’s FIRST client, I had to join the team. We’ve done so much since then… About to hit $4m in ARR 25+ clients (from startups to public companies) Profitable, no funding, and just getting started BUT… We need to keep up with demand so we’re HIRING across the board. 🚀 If you are in content, SEO, AI automation, or Ops, DM me or add a comment below. CTO & Co-Founder @ GrowthX.ai | EIR @ Techstars SF | Advisor & Co-founder @ Canopy (37signals spin-off). Prev. led product & web at IFTTT | 🇺🇸 🇧🇷

I'm excited to announce that I've joined GrowthX.ai as CTO & Co-Founder. What we’ve achieved in just ~7 months since inception is remarkable. $3M+ in ARR. Profitable. Grew team to 15. Zero funding! (btw we’re hiring founding engineers) Here's the backstory... At the beginning of the year, I decided to take a sabbatical to dive deep into LLMs (RAG, prompting, fine-tuning, etc.). Fast forward to mid-September, I met Marcel Santilli. Within minutes, it was clear—he was onto something big and had the experience + ambition to deliver on it. Marcel's pitch: - Brands need to become publishers. - Founders need to become influencers. - You need strategy + AI + experts to deliver it. - This is a $526 billion a year market already 🤯 From helping run marketing at Canopy and writing quite a bit myself on Substack, I immediately got it. He proved the model works: - 24x traffic + 4x revenue growth at Deepgram - Highly adaptable AI workflows + experts in the loop - Focus on outcomes and outputs, not tools From there he started to help companies and grow organically. I joined in September and we’re moving fast. Our goal is to hit $15m in ARR in 2025. But we need the right infrastructure (and technical team) to keep up with our growth. That’s my number 1 priority. We’re just getting started. Reach out if you want to learn more or join us. Now back to building…

It's official! Daniel Lopes and I are launching a new cohort-based course on Maven. This is the 4th cohort I'm doing this year. We've had 120+ people take it already. We're changing things up a bit and doing two 3-hour live sessions. The goal is to help every knowledge worker become AI-native and rethink how they approach their work. Think of this course as a must-have primer to help retool yourself to become 10x more productive with AI workflows. If you're interested, leave a comment below and I'll DM you a discount code.

CEO @ GrowthX.ai 🇺🇸 🇧🇷 // Ex- Deepgram, Scale AI, HashiCorp, ServiceTitan // CMO, Advisor, Investor

Here’s my prompt engineering process that’s helped me publish 4,000+ pages and generate 5M+ visitors. I probably wasted over 100 hours on figuring out the best prompting techniques for creating content. Most people think prompt engineering is a complex beast. It's not. Here's a simple, actionable framework: 🧑💼 ROLE: Define who the AI should act as. Make it clear. Is your AI a customer service rep? A writer? A tech support agent? The clearer you are, the better the AI performs. 📚 CONTEXT: Give background information. Don't skimp on details. The more context you provide, the more accurate the AI's response will be. It's like giving your AI a map before sending it on a journey. 📝 TASK: Clearly state what you want the model to do. Vague instructions lead to vague results. Be specific. Do you want an article written? A summary created? A question answered? Spell it out. 👥 AUDIENCE: Specify who the response is for. Who will read the AI's output? Tailor the language and style to suit them. A message for engineers will differ from one for marketers. 🗣️ STYLE AND TONE: Indicate the desired style and tone. Formal or casual? Serious or playful? The tone can make or break the effectiveness of the AI's response. Make your choice and stick to it. 📋 FORMAT: Specify the structure. Do you need a list? A paragraph? A dialogue? Format matters. It provides a framework for the AI to follow, making its output more useful. 🚧 CONSTRAINTS: Mention any limitations or rules. Are there word limits? Specific points to avoid? Constraints help refine the AI's output, ensuring it meets your exact needs. Now that you have the basic framework down, here’s what I do… 1. Go to ChatGPT and start to make each aspect of my prompt better. Like instead of saying “You are an SEO expert” I will go through a whole conversation to make the more detailed and richer in context. 2. Start to introduce context slowly as a conversation, instead of shoving everything into one long prompt. 3. Start to programmatically play with different variations of my prompts holding several things constant. 4. Start to introduce more examples into my flows. Telling is good, explaining is better, showing is best. I play around with where to introduce the different components of my prompts. For example, role is usually best as a system prompt. Constraints and format sometimes need to be spread out into multiple places. PS. I’m hosting a 5-hour workshop this Friday where I'll go way deeper: https://lnkd.in/gGuS-bqY

Some of our AI workflows are crazy gnarly... 🫣😬 A ton of people have been asking me about it. Where do you start? How do you build them? What is the best use cases? We've built literally hundreds of AI workflows with experts in the loop. Here's how we think about it... 📥 Inputs - Unique information and knowledge that go into a flow. 🛠️ Input Processors - Enhancing or modifying inputs to make them better or different. 🔢 Variables - Constants or inputs used across multiple elements like company description, voice/tone, or examples. 📝 Planners - For complex tasks, this helps layout the plan to execute, like an article outline. 🔨 Doers - The workhorse that actually completes the task at hand. 🧐 Critics - Evaluates if the output meets the set standards and suggests improvements. 🎨 Adapters - Adjusts or formats the output to better fit needs (voice, tone, format, linking). 🔄 Post Processors - Performs additional passes as needed that are better done at the end. 👆 Anything I missed? PS. I'm doing a webinar with live demos and showcase of a bunch of the workflows we've built that are delivering tons of value. Link in comments... PPS. I have some cool prompts I'm starting to collect. If you're interested, happy to send it over. Just comment below 🦾
