    I asked my son if he would like to speak during my best man speech at his Uncle Gunner Gruehl's wedding. Without hesitation he said "yes…. and do I get a microphone!" At 3 years old, he didn’t once think about the nearly 100 people in the crowd. He got up there and had the crowd rolling in laughter. Looking ahead to the next two months, we plan to spend more time on: • Sourcing deals through our brokerage network and off-market cold calling • Underwriting deals • Submitting LOIs • Touring buildings • Traveling to different markets • Signing PSAs • Beginning due diligence • Setting up back-office capabilities • Closing our first deal • Celebrating our first deal! So far, we’ve underwritten 20+ deals, submitted offers on 5, are in negotiations on 2, and passed on countless others.
