  • Yesterday, we announced that GameSquare has achieved another record-breaking quarter in Q3 2024! 📈 Our Q3 2024 proforma revenue increased 10% YoY to a third-quarter record of $26.4 million, highlighting the impact of our strategic growth initiatives. 📉 Our Q3 2024 adjusted EBITDA loss improved significantly QoQ to $2.2 million, demonstrating the continued benefits of our growth strategies and cost-saving efforts. 💰 We also strengthened our balance sheet with a new $10 million convertible note, providing flexibility to pay down our existing equity line facility and opportunities to accelerate revenue growth. 🚀 With strong momentum, we expect 2024 to be a record year, with annual proforma revenue anticipated between $105 - $110 million. Plug and Play Tech Center's recent LA Innovates event united top athletes and sports executives to explore how innovation is shaping the future of these iconic sports events.
