About us

The Georgetown Journal of International Affairs (GJIA) is the official peer-reviewed international affairs academic journal of Georgetown's Walsh School of Foreign Service. Since its founding in 1988, GJIA can now be found in +300 outlets throughout the U.S. and is internationally distributed in +18 countries. Its readership includes prominent international affairs professionals, think tanks, embassies, and university libraries. The journal is also indexed in major academic hosting services, such as Columbia International Affairs Online, ProQuest, Hein Online, Thomson Gale, and the Public Affairs Information Service.
