  • >>Seminar Spotlight<< Halloween to Ho Ho Ho: Multiple Holiday Design 📢: Scott Swenson - Scott Swenson Creative Development 📅 Date: Friday 2/28 🕒 10:15am - 11:15pm 📍 Room 120 Halloween events now start in late August and Christmas/Winter Holiday events begin in early November. For organizations, like haunted houses, holiday attractions, theme parks, zoo's or event operators this decreased changeover time can be challenging, both physically and financially. This workshop shares real world case studies and practical advice on how to save time and money by designing Halloween and Christmas installations at the same time. This holistic approach can encourage cross utilization of space and assets while reducing the effort needed to change seasons in a week. Even certain cast members can be utilized for both holidays. The trick is to stop thinking about the Halloween and Christmas as separate entities and more like “act one and act two of the same play”.
