🚀 Hackavet Studio : Official Facilitator of the 8th Cassini Hackathon on EU Space for Defence and Security of the European Commission and EUSPA!
Two weeks ago, our team, Louis Petton and Maxime Lachérade (co-CEOs Hackavet Studio) along with Nathan Pittini (President Hackavet), had the honor of playing a key role in this exceptional event held at the European Space Agency - ESA ESEC site in Belgium.
🎯 Our mission: to support all teams in transforming their ideas into concrete and innovative projects in just 48 hours.
🧠 From initial brainstorming to the final pitch, including market analysis, customer insights, problem-solving, business model creation, and pitch deck preparation, we were by the participants’ side to provide them with the tools and guidance they needed.
Working hands in hands with the officical local organisers Léa Défrade and Pauline Lachérade-Simoulin (Sopra Steria), Fleur de Belloy, Matthieu Jacquin and in close partnership with ESA ESEC.

🌌Join us in Redu for the Belgium edition of the 8th CASSINI Hackathon from the European Commission DG DEFIS and EUSPA - EU Agency for the Space Programme on the theme “EU Space for Defense and Security”, organised by Sopra Steria Benelux and CS GROUP in collaboration with European Space Agency - ESA !
But why in Redu, you might ask?
Redu is where you can find the ESA European Space Security and Education Center🔒
The site is dedicated to space security, education, Smallsat and Cubesat operations and navigation activities. 🛰️ During the whole weekend, you will work in the offices, surrounded by 40 antennas. 📡 It will be a fully immersive experience.

What better place could you think of? Now that you are convinced, you might wonder: okay but where can I sleep?
We got you covered! Fortunately, the ESA ESEC site is just next to Transinne, where the famous Euro Space Center sits. A shuttle service will make it convenient for participants to travel between the ESA ESEC site and the Euro Space Center, where an accommodation in shared rooms will be offered. Of course, food will also be provided during the whole weekend.
Be careful, places on site are limited, but an online version of the hackathon will be running in parallel! 💻

Qui a dit que les jeunes n'avaient pas l'esprit d'entreprendre? Quelle démonstration fantastique de la part de Maxime Lachérade et de Louis Petton ce soir lors du congrès Ergone à Lyon. Après avoir brillamment organisé 2 Hackavet., ils lancent désormais leur start up Hackavet Studio pour permettre aux étudiants des écoles vétérinaires de développer leurs propres projets. Vraiment quel 🦶de voir des étudiants investis dans la transformation de leur créativité passer à l'effectuation avec les moyens du bord. Faire mieux avec pas grand chose, car mieux vaut un imparfait fait qu'un parfait non fait. Attention, réjouissons nous, la génération Z s'apprête à debouler dans nos entreprises!!
