Last night our customer, Banh Mi Grandma Lu's, appeared on Shark Tank Vietnam and secured an investment from Bùi Quang Minh of Beta Group! The team at Grandma Lu's makes some of the most daring Bánh Mì sandwiches that you can find. By constantly trying new ingredients like truffles, unlaid chicken eggs, and samphire, they push the limits of what Bánh Mì can be. Their team has also been on board with our project from the very beggining. Working with us to develop our samphire for the Vietnamese market, featuring our samphire at their marketing events and helping us during ours. Its been encouraging to work with companies which care as much about their brand and their suppliers as Grandma Lu's.
