It's rare to find an international corporation whose heart beats with the pulse of every individual contributor. Snagging four Gold Brandon Hall Group awards is the type of recognition we like to see our client partners receive after working together for years to design, implement, and track a measurable culture transformation. Culture is a product of our individual and collective behaviors, and shaping a cohesive and inclusive culture for a global enterprise is no small feat. Our long-time partner and collaborator Ann Anaya made it a priority to invite the diverse perspectives needed to co-create a culture that accurately reflected the makeup of Cencora’s complex organization. Bravo to my colleague Gail Manley and our partners at Handcrafted Learning for this recognition! Through the expert leadership of Dorothy Cafino Finnigan, we were able to curate a curriculum around Allyship customized for our organization. It aligned with our revamped multi-year Diversity & Inclusion Strategy and Action Plan which I developed in late 2020. It’s time for an update to that Strategy & Plan which I’ve been working on for months. In a groundbreaking achievement, Handcrafted Learning was honored with the prestigious Gold award at the August 2023 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards for its innovative diversity and inclusion training developed for Disability:IN Corporate Partner Fidelity Investments. The award-winning programs, 'Activating Allyship' and 'Unlocking Allyship,' have garnered widespread acclaim for their practical, scenario-based eLearning experiences. With the launch of the first e-learning, 'Activating Allyship,' in October 2021, Fidelity has since provided 'Unlocking Allyship' as a sequel to the first e-learning to support a progressive and continuous learning experience for its associates.
