POV: I'm signed in as the Organization Admin and can quickly scan where my employee category experience is stacked, vs. where we're a bit light. Here I can see we're solid in CPG, financial, insurance, but we're a little light in ecom, healthcare and cosmetics. How does this work? Each time an employee joins or updates their haptapt profile by adding relevant keywords, it counts toward the total quantity across the entire organization. search. find. tap.

In haptapt, Admins can set tap limits to protect employee bandwidth. This is what we call #TappedOut. Every workplace has those "go-to" employees who are frequently bombarded with emails or desk stop-by's with questions.
