This weekend at the Cincinnati Addy Awards we were honored to win 9 silver awards. While that made for an incredible success in our minds, even more humbling than was winning the Mosaic Award. The Mosaic Award honors a company exhibiting a commitment in telling diverse stories, showcasing diversity of thought and cultural identify. We were particularly recognized for our work with Siri Imani, Network for Hope and Fenbury, “When We Got the Call”. We are so honored to receive this award. We’ve won awards before, but this one was incredibly moving. Thank you to AAf Cincinnati for this honor!

Last up, Rudy. Rudy is co-founder and President of HMCo. Starting his career right out of high school, he knew video was going to be a big part of his life thanks to his Communications teacher, Mr Styer. And after being let go of his full time job and some perfect advice from his dad, Rudy started HMCo with Tammi.

Next up is one of the two OG’s, Co-Founder and Vice President Tammi! Tammi is currently not in the office being a stay at home mom and expecting Rudy & Tammi’s second child any day now. But she still plays a major role helping Rudy to make the big decisions and handling administrative tasks as well. And of course historically, the whole ship ran because of her!

Next up in the rotation is our production intern, Emmie! Emmie is a student at the University of Cincinnati and has been quite helpful over the past few weeks in editing, production, and even building some furniture here and there. Welcome to the team Emmie!

Introducing our Design Intern, Merrin! Merrin has been working on both client designs and internal pieces for us. She’s just recently graduated from NKU and based off her short stent at HMCo so far, her future is bright!

Continuing the introduction of our team brings us to Shane! Shane serves as our Production Manager and resident Director of Photography. He takes care of all of the gear, the studio, the truck, and just almost everything honestly. Couldn’t do what we do without Shane!

Up next, Kearns! Lindsey, aka Kearns, is the Executive Producer here and she basically runs the shop. We trust her with the big details and the little ones because she just seems to get it all done! Two fun facts… 1) She has an inner monologue happening in head like we all do but her’s sometimes blurts out. 2) She seemingly somehow has a deep and personal connection to everyone in Cincinnati/NKY.

Up next, Lindsey! Serving as our Director of Post Production Lindsey leads the edit team to be sure that we have consistency across the board. But she also has the duty of pushing every aspect of production to ensure excellence in all aspects of what we do. She is also our most tenured employee starting with us in the beginning of 2018! She has shaped so much of what HMCo is in her time here and we love having her lead the team!
