So many times when a female founder reaches out to work with Haute in Texas, one of the first things they say to us is, “I’m not really sure what I need.” She’s got a great idea, but she’s not entirely sure what type of PR and Marketing will get her where she needs to go. In the past, I’ve tried to still cobble together a proposal and pitch her what I think would work, but it’s really been based on my gut and years of experience, because I truthfully don’t know her brand (and neither does she!) well enough at that point to have a clear vision.
