Big congrats to Homeowners Rehab, cutting ribbon on this renovated lodging house in Cambridge! The renovation at 35 Harvey Street sees upgrades to SRO deeply affordable housing for 10 households under 30% AMI, and two for households under 50% AMI. Some key sustainability improvements we've made include insulation, air tightness, energy-efficient mechanicals, triple pane windows, and roof performance - providing healthier, more comfortable, and energy/cost efficient living for the residents. Accessibility upgrades include one fully accessible unit. This is another example of a Deep Energy RetroFit successfully addressing housing needs and decarbonization under one roof!
