𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧: 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗜𝗡𝗩𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗛𝗕𝗖𝗨 𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗠 As we close out 2024, we reflect on the foundation we’ve built this year and look ahead to how we’ll expand our impact in 2025. With that in mind, we’re incredibly proud to introduce the HBCU Alumni Angel Investing Summit, our first-ever conference focused on amplifying narratives of capital power, wealth-building, and community impact. On January 10, 2025, we’ll gather virtually to hear from a dynamic lineup of speakers, including HBCU alumni and allies, as they share their journeys into angel investing. These conversations will highlight what’s possible when we reimagine funding for Black-led companies and explore how collective power can drive equity and opportunity in our communities. Many of our speakers’ journeys began at HBCUs like Philander Smith University, Hampton University, Bowie State University, Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, Spelman College, University of Maryland Eastern Shore, and Jackson State University. Their stories are a testament to the transformative power of these institutions, and we hope this summit will inspire more HBCU alumni and allies to join the movement of building wealth and creating impact. This event is more than a conference—it’s a call to action. A chance to learn, connect, and reimagine the future of investing.
