A railing system with sculptural simplicity was required for the staircase. The upper-level glass railing system needed to deliver a floating appearance while upholding rigorous safety standards to fully realize the architects' vision. For this project, the Kubit™ and Optik™ Shoe systems by HDI Railing Systems seamlessly integrated functionality with the building.

HDI Railings Systems is a leading provider of pre-engineered modular and ornamental railings systems used in commercial and residential applications, frequently specified for hospitals, airports, corporate offices, hotels, universities, libraries and museums. Our products are manufactured from a variety of materials including round, rectangular and elliptical stainless steel in grades 304 and 316. Colored railings are available in either a standard range of Nylon and steel (HEWI) components or powder coated steel components. Options for standard or custom wood handrails, a variety of infill options from glass to resin to metal are available. All HDI products are manufactured in the U.S. and available Worldwide.
