Sidra suffered a new trauma when her school in Al-Ja’ouni was bombed, leaving her and her family injured. After relocating to escape danger, they were surrounded by forces and narrowly escaped. Sidra now refuses to leave her tent, cries constantly, and feels ashamed after losing her hand. Her family has sought help, and psychologist Haneen is currently providing her with therapy sessions. We hope to provide Sidra with enough relief to heal from the weight of this immense trauma she’s been subjected to.
