Check out NCCIH’s Relaxation Techniques information sheet. Relaxation techniques aim to induce the body's "relaxation response," the antithesis of the stress response. This state is marked by slower breathing, decreased blood pressure, and a lower heart rate. Progressive muscle relaxation, a specific method, entails deliberately tensing and subsequently releasing various muscle groups. Another approach, known as guided imagery, encourages the visualization of soothing objects, scenes, or events to evoke a corresponding sense of calmness in the body. The 2024 C.A.R.E. Programming trailer is out! This has to be one of my favorite videos ryan, Ford, and David (our amazing production team) create. This year, C.A.R.E. Every year, our production team travels to breathtaking locations around the world to capture new nature footage 🎥 for C.A.R.E. Following their travels, they create a trailer that highlights the new locations that will be added to C.A.R.E. Programming. This trailer provides a behind-the-scenes look at what their adventures were like while traveling. The 2024 C.A.R.E.
