About us
In today's fast-changing world, there is a great need for digitization to cope with all the growing complexity. Healthcare is one of those industries that would benefit greatly from digitization in dealing with an aging population and a growing number of patients with chronic diseases. Digital solutions often exist, but their transfer from one ecosystem to another is still a big challenge for many. The Health Labs4Value project was designed as an initiative for on establishment of sustainable structures for the deployment of innovations, transfer of technologies, and knowledge in health care systems in CE based on OI 2.0 principles. The project, co-funded by the European Union, aims to support the transfer of digital solutions through so-called "living labs" in a way of bringing together healthcare organizations, companies, policymakers, and patients to jointly improve the deployment of patient-oriented digital solutions. The project involves 11 partners from 6 different countries. LEAD PARTNER: Central Transdanubian Regional Innovation Agency Nonprofit Ltd. 🚀 Transforming Lives with Value-Based Healthcare in the Czech Republic The pilot at Liberec Hospital (Krajská nemocnice Liberec, a.s.) focuses on implementing a Value-Based Healthcare (VBHC) system tailored for spinal cord injury (SCI) patients. 🌟 Why This Matters Spinal cord injury patients have diverse needs, from medical care to psychological support, often lacking a centralized resource for motivation and guidance. With this new solution, our team aims to fill this gap by: - Creating a tailored application for patients and caregivers. - Ensuring a seamless blend of technical functionality and real-world usability. - Harnessing insights from healthcare professionals, peer workers, and the patients themselves. 🛠️ How We’re Making It Happen 💡 Collaborative Testing: - Conducting workshops with healthcare staff to refine clinical needs. - Using on-site trials and online surveys to gather patient feedback. 📊 Holistic Data Collection: - Gathering qualitative insights through interviews and focus groups. - Tracking quantitative metrics to measure user interaction and functionality. 🔄 Iterative Development: - Creating regular feedback loops with patients, staff, and developers. - Prioritizing motivation, usability, and personalization in the design. 🙌 The Impact Thanks to a strong partnership with the Spinal Unit at Liberec Hospital, we’re not only co-developing an app but also fostering a supportive ecosystem where patients and families feel heard and empowered. Peer workers—SCI survivors themselves—play a pivotal role, bridging the gap between technical design and real-life needs. #HealthLabs4Value #cooperationiscentral #valuebasedhealthcare Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE Programme https://lnkd.in/e9GUJ275 DEX Innovation Centre (DEX IC)

🎉𝐀𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐬𝟒𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐲! 🏥💻 On November 14th, we held our first meeting involving patients and their relatives as part of the 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐬𝐭. This event is a key step in testing the prototype of the patient management system developed for the 𝐓𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩. Alongside hospital staff, the feedback from patients and their relatives plays a crucial role in fine-tuning the system to ensure it meets their needs. 💡Their valuable insights help us create a solution that supports everyday healthcare effectively. 📍The 2nd Open Camp will continue in additional locations in Hungary across rural cities, allowing us to gather even more input and integrate it into the development process. This project represents another step toward patient-centered innovation, and we are grateful to everyone contributing to its success! 🙏 #HealthLabs4Value #cooperationiscentral #valuebasedhealthcare #CTRIA CTRIA - Central Transdanubian Regional Innovation Agency / Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE Programme / TritonLife Group

🔹2nd Focus Group in HL4V Project🔹 In July, the second Focus Group meeting as part of the HealthLabs4Value project took place at the Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer of the Medical University of Lodz. It presents and discusses the solution submitted for testing by IC Solutions. It is a tablet and a special pen for signing digitally. Then, Focus Group members had the opportunity to see these tools installed on a trial basis in one of the hospital clinics. The decision was made to adopt the tools for further testing and validation. We hope that the improved tools will improve the work of the clinic in the future! #HealthLabs4Value #cooperationiscentral #valuebasedhealthcare #livinglab Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE Programme

Presenting the German pilot! For the first time, we were able to present ActiveTEP at a health fair: the Future of Health Xperience #fhx24 in Hashtag#Leipzig was the perfect place to do so. The Universitätsklinikum Carl Gustav Carus Dresden in Dresden and Carus Consilium Sachsen GmbH, together with Dora GmbH, were able to present the ActiveTEP pilot - the first holistic application for monitoring hip TEP surgeries. The conversations and exchanges with the guests and among the exhibitors were priceless! #CarusConsiliumSachsenGmbH #UniklinikumDresden #cooperationiscentral #valuebasedhealthcare #livinglab

Spreading the word internationally! On June 21, the University Hospital Universitätsklinikum Carl Gustav Carus Dresden and Carus Consilium Sachsen GmbH had the great opportunity to present the Health Labs4Value project and the German pilot ActiveTEP at the international conference #(eng)aging! in Prague, Czech Republic. Besides the presentation of our great project, the dedicated project partners and our inspiring goals, the German pilot ActiveTEP was very well received by the audience. ActiveTEP will be the first holistic application that accompanies patients before and after a hip TEP operation at home. At the conference, we also had the opportunity to hear numerous interesting contributions on an ageing society from all over the world and establish many new and exciting connections. #CarusConsiliumSachsenGmbH #UniklinikumDresden #cooperationiscentral #valuebasedhealthcare #livinglab
