After 22 years of extraordinary leadership, Kurt Snyder, Heartview's CEO, has announced his retirement as of the end of 2025. Kurt has led the organization through many changes. When he joined Heartview as an addiction counselor in 2002, Heartview had 8 employees who provided outpatient treatment. Today, Heartview’s 180 employees offer a wide range of residential and outpatient services, including 61 residential beds, in Bismarck, Cando and Dickinson. Kurt will remain as CEO until fall/winter 2025, please help us wish him well!
