We recently spoke with one of their key leaders, who shared how Complete Trucking has grown from its humble beginnings into a “small but mighty” operation. Overcoming challenges—like directing peers twice his age—shaped his strong work ethic early on. Family-Focused & Forward-Thinking 🚚 Daily Operations: Their team treats each day as a new challenge, planning thoroughly yet staying ready to pivot when surprises arise. Safety & Compliance: From weather checks to consistent vehicle maintenance, they make sure everyone gets home safely at the end of the day. Challenges & Triumphs ✨ Market Pressures: Rising costs for parts, wages, and basic living expenses are at odds with dropping rates. Still, Complete Trucking believes in fair pricing and mutual success for both carriers and customers. Industry Misconceptions: Despite decades of experience, they emphasize that logistics is anything but easy—yet incredibly rewarding for those who dedicate themselves. On the Road & Beyond 🛣️ Memorable Moments: Though the VP hasn’t personally hauled freight, he has countless stories from drivers who’ve navigated places like Los Lunas, NM—or survived on Red Bull and beef jerky during long runs. Just two days ago, wildfires in the Los Angeles area, including the massive Palisades and Eaton fires, have ravaged over 26,000 acres and remain at zero containment, according to officials. As of now, nearly 1.2 million people across the state are without power, and approximately 1,000 buildings have been destroyed by the Palisades Fire alone. Major highways, including parts of I-405 and PCH, have been closed due to the fires and poor visibility from heavy smoke.  What can we do to help? 🌟 At Helix Logistics, we strongly believe in the power of disaster relief.
