Meet the director of IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE: A LIVE RADIO PLAY! Matt Wade is grateful to return to HT after most recently directing/debuting his play CATATONIA, OR WAITING FOR GATO in their inaugural One Act Play Festival. You may have seen him in the Flat Rock Playhouse productions of JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR IN CONCERT or as Rooster in THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION this summer. Locally: MATILDA (Mr. Wormwood) at ACT; YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN (The Monster), ROCK OF AGES (Stacee Jaxx) at HT; and THE TEMPEST (Caliban), HAMLET (Laertes), MUCH ADO (Benedick), MACBETH (Macduff) with Montford Park Players. National tours include OKLAHOMA! (Jud/Ali cover), THE PRODUCERS! (Leo Bloom standby), and nearly two years as an Assistant Cruise Director and Entertainer on the American Duchess Mississippi Riverboat.
